Scott believes the key to success in residential and investment sales is really listening to a clients needs, applying creative marketing, thorough follow up, courtesy and careful consideration when providing advice to clients buying and selling real estate
Scott started his working life by completing a joinery and building apprenticeship with a commercial building firm in Dunedin. In 1985 he stepped out on his own first building houses then concentrating on kitchen joinery building up a team of 26 employees. His youngest son now owns and runs the business after 26 years.
Scott now concentrates on selling residential and investment real estate as well as over seeing his own portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
